Benefits, flexible working hours, good environment

Cons

Putting most of the bets on digital, putting aside what generates more revenue to the company which is the F2F events. HR (specially in Americas) does not keep up with the company situation. Promote the company as wonderful place to work, set up non-sense events during working hours. Internal communication between the different company departments. Global team asking too many unproductive reports.

- The people are friendly and there is a sense of community - If there is an emergency they are understanding and give you time to deal with the issue

Cons

- Some departments are more favored than others - Upper management does not acknowledge the amount of work departments outside of marketing and sales do. - Salary could be better; overworked and not compensated enough for it.
