All the events are market leading.

Cons

Constantly trying to change the business to save money and make it more automated. Too many times the business puts the business first and not the customer.

- Always concerned about the bottom line rather than resources needed for marketing departments - Difficult to get promoted as managers tend to talk you down intentionally in appraisals to avoid giving you a pay rise/promotion for your achievements

Can demand a higher base because you don't earn good commission.

Cons

No office culture, no monthly commission only quarterly and they will do anything not to pay it.
