Pros

Well organised trade shows

Cons

Management is impartial to your contributions to company success. HR will work with management against if you say your experiencing some minor work or personal issues. They see that as weakness

Thanks for the review, seriously. It is good to know you admired the work and recognised this. Obviously, less good you felt that personal support was not good enough for you, lost for a words as this is not my experience of working here when my personal circumstance were challenging a couple of years ago.

Pros

Opportunity to work across a mix of events and travel.

Cons

Poor senior management team. Sleazy directors. Poor pay. Long hours with little recognition of hard work. Poor morale and high turnover! Huge sales based culture where targets are plucked out of thin air rather than looking at trends in the industry and people are set-up to fail. People promoted into middle management positions provided with no training in how to manage people.

Pros

Richmond office location- lovely riverside Good pension scheme and opportunity to invest in company shares Good training if you are at the start of your career in particular Stability – many employees stay for years

Cons

Promotions are often based on favoritism and internal cliques rather than merit or performance. There’s little transparency around promotions or account assignments. People tend to “sit” on accounts long-term, making it difficult for others to grow or transition into new opportunities. The company culture can feel stagnant and resistant to change. HR is virtually absent. While leadership promotes an "open-door policy" in update meetings, the reality is quite the opposite — HR has no meaningful presence or support It's difficult to switch portfolios or advance unless you’re favored by leadership. Resentment long term staff, potentially due to perceived competition rather than performance issues
