"I must say I was disappointed with my experience. While the company claims to prioritize employee satisfaction, I found little evidence of this in my day-to-day work. The management was unresponsive and uncommunicative, and there was a lack of clarity around expectations and goals. The work environment was toxic and highly competitive, with little collaboration or support among colleagues. Additionally, the compensation and benefits package offered were not competitive with industry standards. Overall, I would not recommend working at RXO to anyone seeking a positive and fulfilling work experience."

Team environment, good people, potential to make a lot of money

Cons

Lie about payment expectations during interview and hiring process, high stress environment, some months zero commission is made, sometimes have to work holidays.
