      enjoyed my peers and some of management

      Cons

      low paying, over promised on target earnings, wanted you sitting at your desk the entire day, complained if you were speaking with coworkers, asked you to work weekends.

      Best in class service, technology, and leadership. Navigates the unpredictable headwinds much better than the competition.

      Cons

      Exposure to market volatility in a commoditized space. However, RXO is able to offset this better than the competition due to connectivity with customers and the way they value carrier relationships
