RXO provides ample opportunity for all skill levels to achieve their personal career development goals within a technology focused, fast paced learning environment.

Cons

Don't have the house hold name recognition that competitors have but we are quickly getting there with our excellent marketing campaigns!

Working at RXO over the last seven years has been great. I've been fortunate enough to old several positions with the company with the chance to live in numerous states over the years. RXO is a family first organization with an emphasis on its people. We have a great leadership team who has an open door policy. If you're looking for a career, not just a job, come join RXO!

Since working in the logistics industry for many years - RXO is truly a breath of fresh air. Senior leadership visits all sites and always takes the time to speak with everyone. They take the feedback from the employees and then they really take action! RXO provides many opportunities for all employees to advance their careers and it's nice to know RXO really promotes within!
