RXO promotes from within as much as possible, gives employees the freedom to manage their accounts without micro management, but willing to provide as much support when asked. Charlotte leadership has always been willing to support carreer develpment and also supports day to day functions.

Cons

Could provide better office support for sales to manage billing and customer payments.

Pros

RXO is a great place to work. We have a family type environment in our office even though we are a larger company. Great benefit package and opportunities for advancement. Hard work is consistently rewarded and employees feel appreciated. Enjoy having the office close to home for an easy commute.
