Pay Sucks, Dismal Service

Laid-Back. Chance to invent (because nothing exists). Decent people

Cons

Pay sucks. Systematically fail customers on a daily business. Contractors also underpaid. Try to con their way into positive reviews instead of address the systemic gaps that cause them in the first place. Partnership with customer service team is awful.

The money was really good and it was flexible

Cons

Upper management does not care about the employees. You will work had to bring in customers for them to hand them off to someone else. Its a boys club and if you're not in the club, you are worth nothing to them.
