      Pros

      There are absolutely no pros to working for RXO aside from having a source of income.

      Cons

      Lead off of fear, no relationship base as everyone is disposable if it improves profit, will bait and switch proposed employee contracts and not honor what is presented, will not honor what is stated in the company policies and employee handbook, they will place misogynistic leaders in place and HR will completely disregard al employee feedback and complaints, will not honor any earned pay following departure.

      Pros

      If you're mediocre or incompetent you can fail upwards very easily, so in that case definitely try and get in.

      Cons

      So much untapped potential, extremely poor lower/mid level management, sabotage and protection for those who are in a relationship, be it friendship or romantic.
