Being able to help and be there for customers, making the store environment fun and great store to come to.

Dealing with your team could sometimes be difficult. In Leadership you would think your Superiors would back you with associates that not doing what they supposed to be doing. They find a way to make it okay for the associates to do what they want and disrespect you at same time.
