Pros
The fact that after a year you get 2 weeks off and almost get any day you need off. And that you get sick pay after a year also.
Cons
The management will tell you what they want and could care less about what you think. If your hired as a associate you will lock in $9.00/hr with no raise. The only way in my store to move up is if the manger likes you. Its not based on work. People can work less than you and get more hrs or be able to learn things.
