A Company that does not understand the ability to respect its Managers

This is a Company that is growing very rapidly and has many growing pains. Enjoyable work, but not enjoyable work enviorment

Cons

The forst Comapny I have ever heard of in my life that does not give its employees or managers breaks or lunches. You are expected to work 8 to 12 hours without them. Many times if there is a sick call, you as a Manager are expected to stay and work a double, and I again stress with no breaks or lunches. No communication at all. As a Manager, you are only allowed to communicate to the Store Manager. No one above that position. Time off? Forget about it. You work a set schedule and there is no changing that. If you need time off to do anything, Kiss that good bye. Promotions? I have seen Managers promoted that the Managers that work above the store level knew that the Managers were doing that was not right, but promotions happened anyway.
