Cons

Toxic work place environment with discriminatory hiring and promotion practices. Truly depends on which area of the company you are in. Anything in HR as a minority is going to be a challenge. Heard good things everywhere else. HR is very high school, they like you as long as you look like them and agree with what they're saying. Hard to escalate situations within HR when HR is the problem.
