      Pros

      This job was very satisfying. I got to form strong relationships with people and make a big difference in the residents' lives.

      Cons

      There are no vacations or holidays because help is always needed in the home.

We appreciate your concerns about vacation time. Work/life balance is very important to Racker and we encourage all of our staff to use their personal leave.
