Office dinosaurs, typical DSP work

Pros

Advocating for the residents. Work hard and move up quickly.

Cons

Still a lot of written documentation and not computer. Still navigating schedules on paper when they have access to good schedule software DayForce. Not using it to its potential. Typical DSP job meaning plenty of physical and emotional labor, office politics, high turnover rate and being mandated on shifts.
