Pros

1. We get hands-on on CORE linux . 2. Great team to work with . 3. Initial training cum On-boarding program is one of the best I have experienced here . 4. Great opportunities we have if we want to grow within Organization . 5. We can also opt for permanent WFH

Cons

Not as such, but we need to give call support in my profile due to which it becomes little hectic .

Pros

Work can be challenging and gratifying. Coworkers are friendly and helpful. The company (in general) does try to treat you like a human and build culture.

Cons

Direction from management can be unclear or non-existent. Could go months at a time without any meetings. Job is at risk of being "transitioned to other geographic locations". It can be a struggle to be promoted within.
