The culture changed significantly over my 5+ years there. Many of the organizations are heavily disjointed with no strong vision of uniting them. The vision of leaders largely lacks in originality, so a bunch of stuff is just cobbled together that seems like people would want if it's obvious to anybody that has spent 2 days in the web hosting world. It's funny that I was laid off because my organization wanted to pivot to a direction that I had tried to advise on a year prior, which is about on par for the lack of faith that management tends to have with their employees. Information is 90% of the time only allowed to travel downhill, never up. The annual survey on the company usually results in superficial band-aids to fix issues at the core, but it's never made the company feel like they truly listen.

Salary is ok, a little hard to move up
