Only you will be given reporting task In interview they will ask such questions as if you would be doing High Technical work but you end up doing Just reporting. Customer Success worst Division for Technical People.

Definitely people, not too many left at this point but you will have privilege of working with best minds in technology. Absolutely delightful colleagues. Since company have staff around the globe you will not be disturbed or asked to stay late. Generous holiday package. Good direct management but afraid of speaking up to seniors.

Cons

Offshoring work to cheaper locations, salaries below market rates, no consistency, clueless senior leadership, low morale, budget cuts for departments, no salary increases, more and more limited training options, internal PR, lack of transparency, high chance of redundancy.
