Business Outlook
Pros
Vast array of technology to learn. Rackspace WAS a great place to work. Not the best pay, but unlimited experience was available. "Rackers" were the most talented people I've ever worked with and I sure miss that part.
Cons
Apollo bought it and started carving it up. They refused to adhere to the employee manual, making up their own rules ad-hoc. They layed people off, only to re-hire a few months later at lower compensation. "Rackers" went from being the most important part of the company to a basic commodity that was bought and sold.
