      Pros

      Rackspace is a great place to work. The people genuinely care about the success of the company and they try to only hire smart people with a good attitude around customer service. When you need something you can bet that someone will stop what they're doing to help you. They're on the cutting edge of cloud technology and the company growth offers lots of opportunity for personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      The higher up you are in the company the harder it is to adjust and gain respect. Expectations are high and nobody cares what your title is or what you used to do. You have to come in and prove yourself to gain credibility and get people to follow you.

      Constant change seems to be only for the sake of change rather than because change is beneficial. Pay can be on the lower side of average.

      Pros

      It's a great company and is positioned well in the market. It has a great culture and we seem to have fun at what we are doing.

      Cons

      The company has grown so fast that management really struggles, they don't have training for manager and this leaves a huge gap in the employee life cycle. Manger don't know they need to help you or develop you. You have to learn by yourself the odd's are your manager will not know how to help you.
