      Great vision, Great goals, problems w/middle management.

      Pros

      You can't help but stay motivated and feel good when you hear the Senior Leadership Team speak, very focused, and very committed to the success of the company, the SLT keeps me going. Free soft-drinks, very casual atmosphere, great laid-back vibe to the company.

      Cons

      As someone else said, if you're not on great terms with your direct manager, you will never advance. . SLT is too far removed from the many issues with middle-management, and honestly probably unable to fix many of the problems at that level without causing more chaos. Pay is lower than average, core values are NOT exercised by some in middle-management.
