      Pros

      Rackspace practices what they preach, which is "Fanatical service in everything we do". They not only provide exceptional service to their customers, but to the community as well. Compared to my previous employments, nothing comes close to the experience I have received here at Rackspace.

      Lack of Communication with Upper Management.

      Great exposure to different technologies People for the most part are great and happy to help you Opportunities to drive change and make a difference

      Lots of decisions driven by the US - other regions simply execute Some senior managers not up to the job - have been promoted simply because they have been there so long Whilst the UK office is nice, the location is not great
