No allowances for night shift or working on holidays, work life balance is screwed here. No one to hear

US management trying hard to make a good organization but all in vain.

Cons

The DBA Managers are under the influence of a Dictator and have inherited the same values . HR's are deaf and no one to hear you. Don't believe on 5* Reviews which are forced by HR on new joinees . Trust me, After some time you will start hating the word "Fanatical" and also to be called as "Racker". The company going down day by day and nearing its dooms day.
