Outgoing CEO a terrible leader surrounded by "yes" men weak sales managers weak internal processes that have not kept up with growth of company long hours, no regard for PTO, expect you to be on call even during vacation antiquated weekly timecards for even salaried employees lack of accountability internally on delivering results Meeting and Powerpoint crazy culture (way too many of both) Executive micromanagement on the most mundane things lots of reports and slides made weekly and monthly..just because the ELT expects it but brings no value or is it actually read.
