This company used to be unique, now it's just another corporation. Managers used to care about their employers, now they just care about their quarterly reviews. Numbers get fudged, excuses get made, and every failure turns into a success. Employees that have been underpaid by margins approximating 20% for years get told to celebrate a 2% raise during years of inflation while the company celebrates record profits year over year for the nth time. Employees get laid off in unceremonious ways that border on the line of legally sketchy while Executives rejoice at great accountant reports.

Culture is not what it used to be. Beware of march layoffs. Merit raises are non-existant. Bonuses are usually shorted.
