- pay is well below competitive rates - insurance is expensive and it's not great - equipment has to be at least 5 years old to be replaced (even computers) - the senior talent that made the company I worked for great are all actively looking to leave for something better or have already left - there is no initiative to try to retain talent - changes made by Rackspace have actively killed communication and collaboration across the company - lack of quality documentation. when looking for information for internal process or to support customers the documentation is almost always outdated and no longer relevant. - onboarding is a nightmare, something is always missed - the entire company is sprawled across multiple instances of tools with minimal consistency - we are understaffed and drowning yet they laid-off a large chunk of employees. despite having over 1,000 open positions (and for some reason sounds proud about that) there have been very few new hires (next to no quality new hires) because compensation is not competitive

Culture has gone down the drain, to much turn over, very low pay compared to market value, doesnt have a clear direction with things changing month to month
