1. WFH facility. 2. Ample of work. 3. Lots of customers in magaed services.

Cons

1. Poor compensation, 2. Call center type of work where you will be getting customer calls while you are working on p1 issues. 3. a mixture type of work where you will not be able to focus on a single task at a time. 4. Senior IC sits idle while the junior works by sacrificing his personal life. 5. No consideration for the good work done while in appraisal.

From last year company geared up employee welfare on top priority.

Cons

New product/offering launches without proper tooling to support what promised to customer. Internal tools and system are very poor and old. And front-line Rackers being told that please live with it and provide fanatical support. Poor coordination among internal support team.
