Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, good w/l balance. Front line managers are good. Good remote work policies.

Cons

New upper management has changed the company for the worse. Many of the smart, technical people who were great to work with, are leaving due to many "penny wise, pound foolish" decisions. This and unspoken, but obvious offshoring policy have lead to much discouragement.

Cons

Executive Leadership is prioritizing the bottom line while sacrificing the things that made the company nice to work for. It's a race to the bottom now.
