Great people and culture but crippled by bad middle management.

Pros

Lots of great technical people to work with and learn from. Great culture and atmosphere. If you are open to constant changes then you will enjoy the ride.

Cons

Lots of middle management empires which stifles creativity. Most of the managers are just their for themselves and worry about their progression rather than solving the problems for support techs. Bad middle management.

Benefits are acceptable. 401K match up is little bit lower than other Companies.

Cons

Work load sometimes overwhelm because PTO/ETO is quite generous. Some teams may suffer this often. Like mine.

great learning potential, always involved with the latest tech. Great knowledgeable colleagues.

Cons

Pay is shy of what can be achieved no more than a couple of minutes down the road. Middle management are very frustrating!!
