Pros

Good health insurance. High employee retention. Rackspace would be a good place to carve out a long term career path with minimal emotional commitment. "Base pay plus bonus" compensation is a pro and a con.

Cons

Old world (ops-heavy) IT mentality. Dinosaur tech with no clear upgrade paths. Poor business sense among all levels of leadership. Systemic lack of respect for customers' pain.
