Great at first, after Apollo bough out and outsourced, mass exodus of good talent.

Pros

Culture was amazing. Before Apollo Group purchased, it felt like a family environment. Food trucks, on site gym, free breakfast fruit/drink station, etc. Glad to have experienced.

Cons

11 different managers in 6.5 years. 0 accountability for employees, especially if you worked from home. After bought out from Apollo, outsourced to Mexico and India. Everything changed. Couldn't get out fast enough.

Pros

Managers will work with you through your issues and are generally very nice. Though Remote your Team and others are very friendly. Good place for learning as you are given numerous ways to improve yourself with Training that is provided by Rackspace

Cons

Teams suddenly get let go and it is a little scary working here.
