      None to be quite frank

      VERY LONG HOURS 9am-9pm (supposed to be 9-6) also you will be expected to work on PTO, and weekends. It's also frowned upon to take a lunch break in this company. You basically will be working 24/7. No work life balance and no constructive criticism or help from colleagues. Very unprofessional workplace. Inappropriateness amongst employees. Things that should not go on in any office go on here. Promotions given to favorites or those who have not earned it. Overall horrible company to work for.

      I'm surrounded by talented, professional people. We have a great mission so it's easy to be passionate about my job. Work/life balance is real. Managers have their employees' best interest at heart. Benefits are excellent.

      Managers don't always display the best ways to supervise a team.
