      Pros

      I worked in the DC office, known as TMP Government. The talent level was very high. Top-notch clients. The office was comfortable, with free coffee and nice meeting rooms. The occasional “thank you.”

      Cons

      Noisy, immature coworkers. Yelling. Nerf-gun fights in the halls. After one meeting the employees chased each other shooting Silly String. MANY layoffs during the time I was there. An ongoing, toxic work relationship with one “manager,” who thrived without learning any software skills. So, add favoritism.
