      Pros

      TMP fosters growth and collaboration from employees. The company values contributors and frequently promotes from within. The camaraderie throughout the organization and in the Miami office is truly unique. There are very smart people creating best in class digital solutions for the world's top employers.

      Cons

      You will be expected to work hard. If you are someone who enjoys "coasting" this is not the place for you.

      Start-up atmosphere, unique position in the market, diverse client roster = diverse projects, not willing to accept the norm - always pushing industry forward, people are great and team-oriented. You can see the well-run accounts where the clients see us as part of their team and rely on us for innovation and results.

      Sometimes getting different departments on the same page can be challenging; complex software offering means constant updates needed; competitive landscape growing and hard to keep up with what else is out there
