Pros

In addition to the growth opportunities, I am a big fan of staying on the cutting edge of recruitment advertising and TMP continues to evolve and push me to stay on top of the latest technology and marketing offering in this space. I also like that I get to have my hands in so many different parts of the business.

Cons

The speed and deadline driven environment isn't for everyone. Definitely a culture for those that are self-starters and don't need to have their hand held.

Pros

Great place to work and grow! TMP has positioned itself as a Digital Leader in our space, with that comes brilliant minds at work to develop new products and services. The teams are amazing and the agency allows for a strong work/life balance experience. If you want to grow and try new things, you can essentially take your career anywhere in the world and grow personally and professionally.

Cons

Because of our growth and vision to be a leader in our space, our support staff can sometimes be too junior and on-boarded too quickly with little training.

Pros

I have been with TMP for over 10 years. Since joining the company we have experienced tremendous growth, especially internationally. TMP is a great place to work because you get to work on or with some of the world's most recognized brands thanks to our strong product offering and award winning creative portfolio. Each company has very unique needs and we are constantly challenged to develop innovative strategies and solutions to address their needs. Since we attract a higher level of candidate because of the brands we support, I get to work with some of the greatest minds in the business. No one ever says no when you ask for help and its amazing how everyone comes together to make it happen. In my role, I am given the freedom to develop my own business and am given the support to do so - but I am expected to deliver. I have not been limited to working just in the office I am based - I made it known that I wanted to work in other markets, this was shared with our CEO, so she allowed me the opportunity work out of our London office on a project and has left the door open for me to relocate anywhere in the world should I want to. Although the work is high pace, the company does value work/life balance and that is important to me.

Cons

Because of the brands we work with, the demands can be intense given the competition and the need to constantly evolve as a company and with our products. Not everyone can handle that type of intensity. If you are an individual who cannot handle an active pace and would prefer a slower pace, this may not be the place for you. Beyond the pace, we are changing/evolving consistently - if you don't like change, TMP may not be for you.
