Pros
I've been with TMP Worldwide for almost a year and I've found many aspects of this job to be quite challenging, especially the fact that there was no training whatsoever when I started. But despite that, it's a good company filled with fun, smart, people. Good work life balance for an agency.
Cons
Management is not always aligned, there isn't transparency into the long-term company vision. No training program in place for new employees. Cross team friction. There has been a lot of turnover in the past year, but I think they have made some good changes with hiring new management .
