      Pros

      Company is good about giving ample time off. TMP started giving out full day summer Fridays rather than half days.

      Cons

      Bad management, pure and simple. Someone with only Project Management experience was overseeing the tech dept for the longest time. As a result, the company's new line of products are crap.

      Pros

      People are great, smart and make themselves accessible; fairly "flat" organization so very little hierarchy and status to navigate; ability to work on a broad selection of projects/initiatives spanning media, metrics, SEM/PPC, web work, employment branding, research etc.; over the last few years, it's clear management is taking employee feedback to heart - lots of positive change and a true effort to listen and take action for an improved work environment.

      Cons

      Aside from great PTO and medical/dental benefits, others are pretty weak and come and go frequently, sometimes without warning (i.e. no longer matching 401K arbitrarily); management is short-sighted, sometimes, when it comes to resourcing account teams appropriately - creating skeleton crews for some of our largest global customers; systems and processes are getting A LOT better, but still have a long way to go for efficiency.
