The pay is laughably bad and way below industry standard.
The company doesn’t care about its people even though they always say they do. The leadership is horrible and useless—it’s made up of people in the USA who are friends and don’t know what they’re doing.
There is absolutely no career progression. You’ll be in the same role for years stuck working under someone who’s been there for years making three times your pay, but you’ll have to do their job for them.
All the company cares about is selling to please the private equity firm that owns them. Everyone is now a glorified salesperson, so no one in leadership cares about delivering on the services that we’ve sold. Most of the sales team has been fired for not selling, but the leaders’ friends who can’t sell are still there. People are given unachievable sales goals even though they’re not actually salespeople.
There have been tons of redundancies for about 3 years because the company is doing so bad and can’t afford to keep the people who do the work, so most of the people left in the company are people that are friends with the higher ups, but aren’t good at their jobs.
