Pros

- good client base, interesting projects - varied experience available, and good options for internal mobility which is good if you’re new to work and not quite sure what you want to do yet - genuinely lovely people

Cons

- SaaS company but don’t have access to the best tech available (most work is run through excel) - restructuring to focus on SaaS output, but most clients in the UK see Radancy as a traditional agency (or that is what they partnered with them for) so it’s impossible to deliver what clients want - no transparency with clients anymore, senior managers are keeping clients in the dark on need-to-know topics to maintain business - no leadership in the UK, everyone answers to the US - restructuring meant that all Account Directors were demoted without consultation and it was announced on a company wide call before they were aware

Pros

Great views (amazing balcony and view over London). Great at selling literally the unsaleable

Cons

There is a lack of leadership in the London office, everything is driven by the States. Revenue over people (which is understandable but to a point) Previous CEOs/MDs still in the company running teams and still clinging on to power. That makes the environment very political and prevents change from happening. The thing that astonished me the most was the amount of aggressive/ignorant people and the ability to stab you in the back in a heart bit. Aggressive because they would treat you badly without even knowing you (backed up by their group of colleagues/friends), ignorant because they would talk about things they didn't know of (out of their area of expertise) but still claim to be right using their "power" over facts. Lack of diversity. If you aren't English/white/middle class I'd suggest to go for another company From a technical/knowledge perspective, there are a lot of "talkers" who actually don't know much about what they are doing. They are usually the people who run teams and make big decisions. The more "empty noise" and "empty words" you make/say, the more you will be rewarded. So if you are a good sales man/woman with not much substance, that's the company for you

Pros

I have loved working at AIA for the last 2 years - great office with great people. I got to work on a variety of global clients and have been lucky enough to work on some creative and award winning projects. Starting off as an Account Executive and being promoted twice within 2 years, hard work if recognised and does pay off.

Cons

Hours can be long - especially through the summer.
