Pros

Great experience for someone still in college, but not someone with an actual degree.Summer Fridays, great people, coke machine, great company gatherings, diverse client accounts.

Cons

Terrible training. Toxic work environment. High department turnover. Not a lot of telecommute. Passive aggressive managers. Does not match 401K, salary and raises well below expectations. Neither compensated for the work/life balance or the amount of work you are required to complete.

Startup agency type environment

Pros

Cool environment. Everything you would expect from a startup type environment. Employee engagement is positive and for some, the benefits of growth are there.

Cons

Like any other ad agency, they operate as such. The structure is very hierarchical and is not the easiest of environments to navigate.
