Good company but big changes are needed

Pros

-The people in client services are truly brilliant. There’s a really supportive atmosphere between colleagues and the various CS teams. People are more than often willing to lend a hand to help others out. -Work is very varied. -Great clients across a real variety of industries.

Cons

-Pay isn’t brilliant and bonuses are quite rare. It would be good to see individuals being rewarded or promoted for their efforts when it’s due, rather than a batch of promotions having to occur at the same time. -Work load is often very high in client services and hard to manage. -Little support from wider business to lessen client service workload and improve processes. -Little job satisfaction due to projects coming and going so frequently.

A company that keeps getting better

Pros

Radancy has made a lot of strides in listening to employees and offering them tools and resources that make their jobs easier and improve overall well-being. Depending on your position, there is a lot of flexibility. Benefits are good (and have also improved). There are a lot of great people that want to help you learn and grow. If you are able to navigate a larger, complex company, there is a lot of opportunity for advancement. Strong leaders (female CEO!) that aren't afraid to take a stand (socially, politically and within company) and make a point to get to know everyone. It's an innovative, growing, technology and recruitment marketing agency with a positive outlook for the future.

Cons

Can be difficult (especially at first) to navigate complexities of large company. Cross-functional collaboration is improving, but can be challenging.
