Pros

Decent work-life balance and that's about it really

Cons

- Low pay compared to industry benchmarks - Their programmatic jobs platform absolutely sucks and they hide those issues from the media team and the clients - No holiday bonuses - Leadership loves nothing more than to pat each another on the back - No real investment in employee skill development or resources - Super toxic environment in the Waltham office; some of the more senior staff acts incredibly inappropriately towards people and there's zero repercussions; leadership is aware and covers it up/refuses to intervene - No career pathing for promotions - Some people are dead weight. 20% of the people do 75% of the work across the board - Some of the managers/leadership are atrocious

Pros

I enjoy working here because of the people and work life balance. Everyone I've worked with at Radancy so far have been wonderful. It is very team-oriented and everyone helps each other out. They want to see me succeed and work towards my career goals. I have learned a lot from my managers and there are many resources to improve on my marketing knowledge as well.

Cons

The only con I can think of is the salary. They do not pay that well but if you work hard to get promoted, there will be a salary jump.
