They hook you with "opportunity for growth" and "great culture" but unfortunately, I didn't find that to be true. Management is very easily overwhelmed. Notice how I said management and not leadership (there is a very big difference).

-Low salaries -Work & life balance needs improvement**- entry level workers are overworked and underpaid. -Lack of accountability- many continuously reach out to other departments for help, but then the response is always, “that’s not my job”.
