Pros

If you are a good employee, TMP is good about recognition and new opportunities. Flexibility and ability to work from home.

Cons

They don't weed out some of the employees that are not contributing as much as they should be. Need to enforce accountability or implement improvements when it's required. Pay is not the best.

Pros

- Great Work life balance - Great client roster featuring plenty of Fortune 500 Company - Great Middle Managers - Salary for the Chicago market is pretty competitive

Cons

- Clueless Upper Management that has no idea where to allocate resources - Client service is virtually useless, filled with "yes men" that do not know how to communicate commit to impossible deadlines and commitment leaving the other depts having to clean up their mess. They act as bullies towards the other dept and make to effort to collaborate and work as a team - Very little opportunity to grow within the company - Very little training
