My Review Did Not Age Well

Pros

2 days in, 3 days at home (this is a weighted pro though because there are a significant amount of people that are allowed to be 100% remote and never required to go in despite living near office hubs)

Cons

Extremely micromanaged, underpaid, training is not well set up for new hires, takes a long time to get promoted, multiple layoffs in a short period of time, workload is either drowning or not enough to do in an 8 hour day

Learn from my mistake

Pros

Some cool people in the non-executive ranks.

Cons

Accepting the job with radancy when they recruited me is the single worst career decision I have ever made. I would love to go back in time and stop myself from saying yes. Joke's on me for believing all that talk about 'building a lasting career,' right? Now if you'll excuse me, I still have plenty of knives to dig out from my back.

Underwhelming, Full of Sycophants & Toxic

Pros

Decent work-life balance and that's about it really

Cons

- Low pay compared to industry benchmarks - Their programmatic jobs platform absolutely sucks and they hide those issues from the media team and the clients - No holiday bonuses - Leadership loves nothing more than to pat each another on the back - No real investment in employee skill development or resources - Super toxic environment in the Waltham office; some of the more senior staff acts incredibly inappropriately towards people and there's zero repercussions; leadership is aware and covers it up/refuses to intervene - No career pathing for promotions - Some people are dead weight. 20% of the people do 75% of the work across the board - Some of the managers/leadership are atrocious
