      Pros

      Depending on the team - a lot of colleagues are very smart and helpful.

      Cons

      - Management does not offer any type of support. They're more revenue focused rather than making sure their employees have the support they need to succeed. - No negotiation for promotions. All raises and promotions are determined before annual reviews and its very hard to change that decision. - No room for growth. People are only promoted when there's a need. - Company does not do bonuses. - Pay is below market value across most teams.

      Pros

      The work environment as a whole is great. This is a very inclusive company and they try to support your overall health and wellness, but client needs are priority.

      Cons

      There is a lack of job security here. Since I've been with the company there have been so many people that's either been laid off or left and I think that is on the company. They are not great at managing expectations for employees or clients and if your client's business needs change then you are out the door rather than them trying to see if there is another place within the company you can be placed - that's just how he company is set up.
