      Nice people, not much room for growth and advancement

      Pros

      Some great people. Cool perks like birthday days off and summer hours where you get a day off every other Friday to enjoy the summer. Fun activities and at times exciting projects to work on. Work life balance is pretty good.

      Cons

      People hoard work afraid of being laid off. So they work 60 hours a week and don't distribute labor so they can look more important.

      Pros

      Most of my co-workers were very nice and a pleasure to work with. The work was pretty easy and enjoyable for the most part.

      Cons

      Hours (my schedule was changed 8 times in nine months),favoritism, retaliation, no training, horrible management and upper management will always take your supervisor's side even if they are in the wrong.

      Pros

      You can really shine if you're comfortable with taking the bull by the horns and owning it. As long as you can provide logical and sound reasoning for taking action, you'll only be encouraged to go for it.

      Cons

      If you need training and defined processes in order to be successful, then this is not the place. The people who are the most successful are confident working with ambiguous and somewhat "messy" situations that will require you to roll up your sleeves and dive in.
