      Pros

      -Great location -Occasional free food...that's about it.

      Cons

      Too many to name. This is specifically for the Content Marketing department. -Poor Management. The supervisor acts like he's there for you but will throw you under the bus in a second. Especially if something's his fault. Which it usually is. -Management is horrible at communication. Rude and disrespectful. -The team i worked with ran in cliques and were very petty. Kind of like high school. -Not really interested in my growth, and had no idea how to properly train us. Which is the reason for the VERY HIGH TURNOVER. -Doesn't want you to get comfortable there. In fact in my interview the supervisor said he wasn't expecting me to stay more than 2yrs. That was red flag. I can go on but i think you get the picture.

      Worst place ever. Horrible work life balance and miserable CEO.

      Pros

      The people at lower levels are decent and generally good. They work hard but for little compensation (less than industry average).

      Cons

      The WORST management team ever. Lead by the most greedy, awkward and evil CEO. SHe only cares about herself and buys her friends and only keeps them for a short period of time. One day you are "in" and the next day you are "out", Her agenda is only about herself. Bad place to be overall.

      *Agency Environment is great *The people you work with become your family * High profile accounts * Access to amazing research * 40th floor * Flexibility to WFH when needed *Great PTO Movement within company

      Cons

      *Upper Management never listens * They don't promote from within even though they claim you are qualified *underpaid, over worked *upper management is power hungry and doesn't listen to employee feedback Upper Management favors certain employees which leads to terrible performace *no training
