A company that keeps getting better

Pros

Radancy has made a lot of strides in listening to employees and offering them tools and resources that make their jobs easier and improve overall well-being. Depending on your position, there is a lot of flexibility. Benefits are good (and have also improved). There are a lot of great people that want to help you learn and grow. If you are able to navigate a larger, complex company, there is a lot of opportunity for advancement. Strong leaders (female CEO!) that aren't afraid to take a stand (socially, politically and within company) and make a point to get to know everyone. It's an innovative, growing, technology and recruitment marketing agency with a positive outlook for the future.

Cons

Can be difficult (especially at first) to navigate complexities of large company. Cross-functional collaboration is improving, but can be challenging.

Pros

*The view *The ice machine * Being in the same building as a Dunkin AND a Starbucks (in case you wanna switch it up)

Cons

Well, since my last review got posted then mysteriously taken down (suspicious) I will water down this review so that Radancy doesn't complain and get this one removed too. *Leadership or lack there of: when it comes to onboarding, you are thrown to the wolves and expected to know what you are doing and basically sink or swim. Absolutely no one knows what the they are doing, yet they continue to get promoted anyway just to hide in their offices and stick their heads in the ground far away from all the chaos and drama that’s outside their door. *TOXIC: It is an extremely toxic culture and management lacks a backbone when it comes to cracking down on this culture that the company seems to perpetuate. They let a bunch of bossy mean girls run around and bully everyone. Its like going back to high school having to deal with the gossip and he/said she/said. No thank you, grow up and get a life. *Nepotism/Favoritism: This place reeks of nepotism. If you're in tight with the VP's then there is a good chance you will get promoted even if that means you have 0 idea what you are doing in your current role. Many times I had to clean up someone else's mess that cost the client thousands of dollars but they didn't get so much as a slap on the wrist. Why? Favoritism is king. There is so much turnover it’s incredible, not even a rebrand could save this company.
