      In our little corner of the advertising & marketing world, we are a legitimate thought leader. We offer a collection of services that nobody else can. A great, fun, energetic culture.

      Inadequate internal communication; ever changing "process"; a lot of runaround and gray area between teams.

      Pros

      Collaboration with outstanding professionals. The culture is what keeps me at TMP. The amount of colleagues who have left only to return confirms my decision to stay, 23 years and counting.

      Cons

      Compensation and bonuses. No merit or cost of living increase since 2012 and bonuses are almost impossible to achieve in the current format.
